Reservations Sales Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the newly reimagined Regent Hong Kong as a Reservations Sales Agent, delivering world‑class service to discerning guests. You will support the reservations team, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s Forbes and IHG True Hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the reservations team with daily tasks and respond to guest room enquiries promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, and amenities.
• Handle guest requests accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Communicate regularly with guests to confirm expectations are met.
• Contribute to revenue targets by upselling and cross‑selling hotel services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Previous experience with OPERA PMS is essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.
