Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our fine‑dining outlets in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of product quality, hygiene, safety, and service.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage manpower efficiency, and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Organise and deliver staff training programmes, fostering continuous improvement in food and beverage service.
• Provide attentive floor service, interact with guests warmly, and handle guest feedback promptly.
• Maintain consistency with company standards across all aspects of the restaurant.

Required profile

• Form 5 education minimum; Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in fine‑dining operations is highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational, and motivational abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wine (advantageous).
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
