About the role

The Key Holder is a full‑time leader responsible for driving store performance and delivering a differentiated customer experience. Working in a high‑traffic fashion environment, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of sales associates through training and coaching.
Maintain high standards of customer experience and store presentation.
Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Supervise sales floor activities and ensure compliance with asset‑protection policies.
Communicate effectively with staff and management to meet sales targets.

Required profile

Assertive, analytical and trustworthy leadership style.
Strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
Ability to manage multi‑million dollar store operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
