Retail Learning & Development Partner – Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

We are looking for beauty‑enthusiasts to join Chanel’s retail team and help accelerate the digital experience. As a business partner you will adapt learning and development approaches to meet evolving consumer expectations and business needs, while listening to stakeholder input and managing diverse retail community requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized learning solutions for Beauty Advisors, extending beyond product knowledge to enhance client experience and retail excellence.
• Coach and collaborate with Area Managers and Boutique Managers to elevate the learning journey of Beauty Advisors.
• Act as a bridge between Talent Development and Retail, driving change through role‑modeling, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous talent development.

Required profile

• Degree or tertiary diploma with several years of experience in people interaction, coaching, and training; retail or client‑service background preferred.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and vision for service excellence.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a passion for people development.
• Open‑minded, adaptable, with solid planning and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with flexibility for mobility and retail hours.
