Retail Performance and Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Performance & Training Manager to bridge global brand vision with local store execution across our expanding boutique network in APAC. The role is hands‑on, spending time on the sales floor to coach teams, drive KPI improvement and build scalable capability programs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global retail strategy into actionable store initiatives that lift conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT) and overall sales.
• Conduct in‑store coaching for Store Managers and beauty advisors, providing real‑time feedback and performance uplift.
• Develop and maintain retail playbooks, clienteling frameworks and train‑the‑trainer programs for multi‑market consistency.
• Analyze store metrics, identify operational gaps and design targeted capability solutions.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR and Commercial teams to ensure product launches are floor‑ready.
• Lead and nurture high‑performing, customer‑centric front‑line teams, primarily female retail staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training with exposure to retail operations.
• Strong background in the retail industry, preferably luxury or wellbeing sectors.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Approachable, results‑driven and accountable personality.
