Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant, you will be a key member of the Guest Environment team, ensuring every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You will work across the hotel’s rooms and public areas, delivering high‑quality housekeeping services in line with Sheraton’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb, and adhere to company policies.
• Uphold confidentiality, professional appearance, and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel policies.
