About the role
The Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the high standards of Shangri‑La. Working on the Island Shangri‑La, Hong Kong, you will contribute to a peaceful and elegant environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas to uphold the hotel’s presentation.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management, such as replenishing supplies.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping within a sizable hotel.
- Customer‑oriented, quality‑driven team player.
