Sales & Account Manager – Client Acquisition & Retention

About the role

Marvelsoft is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to drive the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing account management for its trading technology solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and support staff to deliver tailored proposals and ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Develop an understanding of product and infrastructure needs for a wide range of clients and prospects.
• Analyze competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities.
• Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new business, build rapport, provide technical explanations and prepare quotations.
• Create and maintain sales documentation and presentations.
• Validate and track projects internally.
• Meet established sales KPI targets.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships in collaboration with the customer support team.
• Continuously expand technical product knowledge and understanding of global financial markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance or computer science.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• Strong desire to learn, take on new challenges and assume additional responsibilities.
• Organised with good time‑management skills.
• Responsive communicator comfortable in a multicultural environment.
• Resourceful, self‑reliant with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
