Sales Agent – Insurance & Investment Solutions

About the role

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to promote its protection, savings and investment solutions. The role combines office‑based work with remote flexibility, focusing on identifying and serving prospective clients in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients, understand their financial protection and savings needs.
• Conduct consultations, prepare proposals and quotations, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Follow up leads to achieve high conversion and client retention.
• Provide quality customer service, handle policy‑related inquiries, and support clients through onboarding and claims processes.
• Participate in regular training, team meetings and performance reviews to stay updated on products, regulations and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional interpersonal approach.
• Proven customer service experience focused on building trust and long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals and meeting targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements; relevant academic background (e.g., business, finance, marketing) and any required local insurance licensing.
• High ethical standards, accountability and a results‑oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
