Sales Associate – Luxury Audio Retail

About the role

Join Bang & Olufsen’s Causeway Bay store as a Sales Associate, delivering luxury audio experiences to customers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers daily, presenting the full range of Bang & Olufsen products.
• Attend in‑store and partner events, including evenings and weekends.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, activations and build the customer database using the CRM system.
• Provide impeccable luxury service before, during and after the sale, fostering long‑term loyalty.
• Handle customer queries professionally and see them through to satisfaction.
• Participate in training, team meetings and stay updated on product developments and promotions.
• Contribute to store planning, maintain store standards and support the store manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Interest in sound, aesthetics and high‑end designer products, preferably familiar with Bang & Olufsen.
• Strong sales orientation, able to generate leads and grow a pipeline.
• Outgoing, gregarious personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Team‑player with collaborative attitude and smart dressing sense.
• Fluent in Cantonese (or local language) and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work scheduled store hours, including activations outside normal hours.
• Clean criminal record covering the past five years.
