Sales & Business Development – Ecommerce Technology

About the role

Wave Commerce is seeking a full‑time Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth of its ecommerce technology solutions. Based on‑site in Hong Kong, you will help generate new business and nurture relationships with brands and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads for Shopify‑based ecommerce solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow‑up.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Present and demo Wave Commerce’s SaaS products, including the OMNI loyalty app.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver training sessions to clients on using the solutions effectively.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management.
• Experience conducting product demos or client workshops.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in ecommerce or technology industry is a plus.
