Sales Development Representative – SME & Growth (Hong Kong)

About the role

Based in our Hong Kong office, you will generate and qualify leads to build Airwallex’s SME and start‑up sales pipeline. You will engage prospects, uncover their needs, and move high‑value opportunities through the early sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential customers via email outreach and cold calling.
  • Follow up on designated touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
  • Move qualified leads through the funnel, arrange meetings and hand them off to sales colleagues.
  • Develop relationships with prospects, ask effective questions to uncover needs and assess viability.
  • Contribute to demand‑generation strategies, refine the value proposition and create sales tools and assets.

Required profile

  • Comfortable engaging prospects and identifying high‑value opportunities.
  • Enjoys learning about new and existing products and delivering value in complex situations.
  • Hungry, smart, persistent and a collaborative team player.
  • Motivated by building processes and improving the sales pipeline.
