Sales Director, Banking

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director to lead its banking vertical across the APAC region. The role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint with banks and large regulated financial institutions, delivering secure digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the APAC region.
• Drive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and expand existing relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite, risk, compliance and innovation teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development, GTM, Product and Sales Engineering to craft go‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Fireblocks’ CRM.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery and account coverage.

Required profile

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, preferably in financial services, blockchain or fintech.
• Proven success selling to banks, custodians or other large regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of banking procurement processes, RFPs, compliance and multi‑stakeholder decision‑making.
• Interest or exposure to digital assets, tokenisation and blockchain technology.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long‑term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑driven mindset capable of working autonomously in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical value into business outcomes.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
