Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Hong Kong SAR. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for Saturn Capital’s investment products and services across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations and monitor pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with investment and marketing teams on go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Provide clear reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
• Coach, mentor and develop sales team members, promoting best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and client engagement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development within financial services.
• Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting and use of CRM tools.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with institutional and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proven team‑management capabilities, including coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Cantonese or Mandarin a plus).
• Solid understanding of funds management, investment products and the Asia‑Pacific financial markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, exercise sound judgment and uphold high ethical and regulatory standards.
