Sales Director – Payment Solutions (Hong Kong & Macau)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead revenue growth for its payment and self‑service kiosk solutions across Hong Kong, Macau and key verticals such as financial services, hospitality, retail, food & beverage and gaming.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Sales Managers to ensure successful execution of sales objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau, driving market expansion initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive‑level stakeholders and strategic accounts.
• Establish partnerships and alliances that support long‑term business growth.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Head Office, APAC regions and internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, business updates and relevant reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, including 5‑8 years in a sales leadership role within payment solutions or self‑service kiosk technology.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and leading high‑performing sales teams.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen across financial institutions, retail, F&B in Hong Kong and gaming in Macau.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with willingness to travel frequently within Hong Kong and Macau.
