Sales Engineer (APAC) – Hong Kong

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its APAC team in Hong Kong. You will own end‑to‑end technical engagements, from product demos through client onboarding, helping financial institutions adopt secure digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the APAC Sales Engineering team to support the full sales cycle, from qualification to onboarding.
• Tailor technical demos to match each customer’s digital‑asset objectives and present to C‑level and cybersecurity audiences.
• Act as a bridge to internal engineering, set up and test proofs‑of‑concept, and handle tier‑1‑3 knowledge transfers.
• Prepare and respond to RFx/RFPs, coordinate workshops, and assist with client onboarding.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Directors and Product Managers to align solutions with market needs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of pre‑sales or consulting experience in fintech, crypto or cybersecurity.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to dive deep into complex technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for blockchain and digital assets, with an analytical mindset.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude and knowledge of banking or financial services.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Experience with Webhooks.
• Proficiency in REST APIs.
• Basic scripting capabilities.
