Sales Lead

About the role

As a Sales Lead at Codex, you'll own the end‑to‑end commercial relationship with institutional clients and fintech partners in your region — from first outreach through to signed contracts and live trading. This high‑ownership, high‑accountability role involves managing a live pipeline, attending conferences, and collaborating with Compliance, Legal and Operations to unblock deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a regional pipeline, sourcing leads, qualifying prospects and maintaining accurate deal records.
• Execute discovery calls, negotiate commercial terms and create pricing proposals in coordination with Trading, Treasury and Account Management.
• Oversee client onboarding, coordinating KYB, account setup and spread configuration to move contracts to live trading.
• Monitor client health, track volume trends, reactivate dormant accounts and act as a trusted commercial partner.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, product capabilities and emerging client segments to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in fintech, crypto, payments or financial services, preferably with institutional or business clients.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border payments, stablecoins and FX dynamics in the target region.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, compliance requirements and product capabilities in a single conversation.
• Highly organised with disciplined pipeline management and the ability to work across time zones.
• Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.
