Sales Officer – Frontline

About the role

The Sales Officer – Frontline will manage the daily operations of our sales office, presenting key property features and supporting the launch of new developments. This role works closely with agents, project teams and customers to ensure smooth sales processes and post‑sale service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the sales office, delivering property presentations and introductions to potential buyers.
• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with property agents to coordinate successful sales launches.
• Handle purchaser enquiries, provide post‑sale support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate handover of completed units with Project Management and Property Management teams.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare sales documentation and support ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in a leading property developer (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day roster.
