Sales Representative – FMCG (Cantonese)

About the role

DKSH is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive the performance of assigned P&G brands in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal shelf presence, promotional execution, and order management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for designated brands and channels.
• Manage in‑store shelving, promotional activities, and product ordering.
• Coordinate sales order placement, handle inquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing plans.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• School Certificate, Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese.
• Proficient with PC applications and enterprise systems.
• Highly self‑driven, able to work under pressure and independently.
