Sales Representative – Low‑Touch SaaS Sales (Hong Kong)

About the role

You will own a low‑touch, productised sales motion for Pyramid’s AI‑enabled construction SaaS product (RAG) targeting Hong Kong contractors. The focus is on high‑volume prospecting, quick qualification and closing standard subscription deals without custom engineering involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand and build a pipeline of ~370 CITF‑eligible contractors and consultants in Hong Kong.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals) against weekly activity targets.
• Qualify prospects rapidly on eligibility, project pipeline, buyer role and fit for the standard RAG SKU.
• Run a short, repeatable sales cycle: intro, packaged demo, CITF path, quote, close.
• Explain subsidy funding paths, coordinate with funding partners, and ensure invoice line items match the pre‑approved listing.
• Report weekly on activity, pipeline health, close rate, ACV and cycle time.
• Flag product or packaging issues early and protect high‑touch sales boundaries for enterprise or custom deals.

Required profile

• Hunter mindset with proven ability to prospect, qualify and close SaaS or subscription deals.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a defined universe of accounts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex funding mechanisms clearly.
• Experience selling to construction or related B2B markets is a plus.
