About the role

We are seeking highly motivated SAT Tutors to help students maximize their scores by focusing on strategic test‑taking techniques, speed, and efficiency. The role involves guiding learners beyond content mastery toward an SAT Success Mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Teach students to recognize predictable SAT patterns and apply the most efficient solution methods instantly.
• Train students in time‑pressure techniques, emphasizing speed and efficiency over elaborate problem‑solving.
• Guide decision‑making on guessing strategies and optimal time allocation for maximum score gains.
• Conduct “stress inoculation” sessions to prepare students for the high‑pressure, multi‑hour testing environment.
• Coach students to build stamina, composure, and resilience to bounce back from difficult sections.

Required profile

• Proven track record of significant SAT score improvements for students.
• Deep familiarity with the current Digital SAT format and its specific challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex strategies.
• Passion for coaching students through high‑pressure academic milestones.
