About the role
The Security Officer will perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, the property and its assets at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor hotel premises to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with the Front Office to manage driveway and entrance traffic.
- Assist guests and associates with security‑related concerns.
- Respond promptly to hazardous situations, emergencies and incidents.
- Work with the Security Manager and team to uphold security and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel security team.
- Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit.
- Holder of a current First Aider and AED certificate.
- Strong service mindset with good observation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both spoken and written.
