Security Policy and Risk Analyst

About the role

The Security Policy and Risk Analyst will perform security and pandemic risk assessments, monitor open‑source information and produce focused intelligence analysis to support continuous Club operations across corporate locations and race‑course venues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security and safety risk assessments for the Club’s infrastructure and events, identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
• Monitor and analyse emerging social‑event threats that could affect operations, staff and customers, and provide timely reports.
• Develop, review and update security standards, standard operating procedures, checklists and related documentation.
• Prepare vendor performance reports, conduct periodic reviews and support contract renewals and tender processes in line with procurement requirements.
• Support the Incident Management Crisis Management (IMCM) programme and assist in organising security‑awareness events and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, able to handle complex information under time pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in English and Cantonese.
• High integrity for handling sensitive information and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
