Senior Account Executive – Enterprise (Hong Kong)

About the role

Workiva is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Enterprise to drive new business and expansion sales across Hong Kong. You will engage executive‑level buyers and influencers in private and public companies, positioning Workiva’s cloud‑based platform as a strategic solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities in partnership with Inside Sales, peer sales teams, and channel partners.
• Conduct needs‑analysis sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations of the Workiva platform.
• Collaborate with Workiva partners to source and influence license opportunities.
• Navigate customer objections, propose solutions, and guide complex, multi‑solution sales cycles to closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forward‑looking pipeline analysis for forecasting.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies, rally internal resources, and prioritize activities to meet quota.

Required profile

• 6+ years of enterprise technology or complex solution sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Business‑level fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and ability to articulate complex software value.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with C‑suite stakeholders.
