About the role
The Senior Accountant will join Exclusive Networks in Hong Kong and report directly to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and supporting audit processes while ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare month‑end and year‑end financial statements.
- Perform interim and annual audited accounts and liaise with auditors.
- Manage weekly cash‑flow forecasts and treasury matters.
- Coordinate company secretarial matters.
- Conduct various financial data analyses.
- Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded according to corporate guidelines.
- Assist with ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher in accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Student member of HKICPA or equivalent professional body.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF and pivot tables.
- Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
