Senior Accountant – Retail Finance Back Office

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Retail Finance Back Office team. The role acts as a finance business partner for our Maison(s) and supports retail operations, controls and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all stock counts across boutiques, offices and warehouses, prepare monthly stock reports and drive automation of inventory control processes.
• Partner with Maisons and functional teams to provide financial analysis, challenge business risks and support strategic decisions such as omni‑channel development and digitalisation.
• Monitor boutique sales and collections, perform credit‑card reconciliations, ensure month‑end compliance with IFRS and group guidelines, and prepare turnover reports for internal and external audits.
• Conduct analysis and reconciliation of gift certificates and customer deposits, coordinate control monitoring for retail and e‑commerce processes and ensure compliance with AML regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (HKICPA/ACCA preferred) with at least 8 years of experience in inventory, accounting, finance or retail operations, including audit and landlord reporting.
• Strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities, commercial mindset and proven business‑partnering experience.
• Excellent communication skills, self‑initiated, organised, able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence tools, Power BI, SharePoint and VBA.
• Fluent English.
