Senior Analyst - Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB team, part of the people and investments business at Marsh. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the Hong Kong office and offers hands‑on training and coaching to build commercial capability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business for total rewards and employee benefits products, building and managing a pipeline of target accounts in Hong Kong.
• Run first meetings and discovery calls with HR, Finance and business owners to understand workforce priorities and qualify opportunities.
• Develop client‑ready proposals, pitch decks and benefit comparisons in partnership with senior colleagues.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Construct marketing plans and leverage events and networking to generate leads and convert contacts into meetings.
• Maintain sales discipline by updating CRM, providing pipeline forecasts and ensuring timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales or client servicing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight timelines.
• Good knowledge of the Hong Kong HR market and employee benefits is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience using AI tools for sales activities.
