Senior Associate Operations – 12‑month Contract

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate Operations on a 12‑month contract to support clinical study planning and execution for its General Medicine portfolio in Hong Kong. The role will ensure study timelines, vendor coordination and data quality are maintained to drive successful trial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain study‑level trackers, dashboards, timelines and tools for vendor management, sample tracking and drug supply planning.
• Coordinate logistics for quarterly steering committee meetings, investigator meetings, trial events and site communications.
• Manage start‑up activities including system setup, access management and document readiness.
• Monitor enrolment, data flow and quality indicators using study dashboards; address deviations and risks proactively.
• Lead risk and quality management activities and report study progress and budget status.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors and investigator sites; act as primary point of contact for routine updates.
• Identify, prioritize and escalate risks to ensure swift resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinical study planning and coordination for therapeutic areas such as General Medicine.
• Hands‑on experience in study execution, monitoring and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and meet regulatory compliance.
