Senior Branding & Advertising Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead branding and advertising design for ICBC (Asia). The role involves creating high‑impact visual communications that reinforce the bank’s professional image across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily brand and marketing assets such as posters, brochures, digital screens, social media graphics, and event collateral.
• Manage in‑house design requests from various departments and deliver production‑ready files quickly.
• Ensure all outputs follow the bank’s visual identity guidelines and maintain a consistent brand tone.
• Contribute to creative concept development for brand campaigns and propose visual solutions.
• Maintain and organize design asset libraries, templates, and brand material repositories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in‑house for a large enterprise or agency work for large clients.
• Strong visual taste, layout composition, and colour control with the ability to produce high‑quality, production‑ready designs independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret stakeholder requests, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
