Senior Business QA Manager

About the role

The Senior Business QA Manager will lead the Business QA function, ensuring that all changes across the Global Change Execution Portfolio meet business criteria and customer requirements. Reporting to the Global Head of Business QA, the role combines Business Testing and Quality Assurance to deliver high‑quality digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a horizontal testing capability, overseeing internal staff and vendor engagements across multiple initiatives.
• Build and manage a high‑performing QA team aligned with Business QA principles.
• Act as escalation point for project issues, delivering timely resolutions.
• Support the delivery production line (development, testing, implementation) to ensure releases meet business requirements.
• Lead the transition to Agile and DevOps ways of working within the QA discipline.
• Oversee business user engagement in acceptance activities for customer‑facing applications.
• Ensure cross‑browser and device coverage reflects customer usage, standardizing processes while respecting regional nuances.
• Define and implement governance procedures, managing risks, issues, and inter‑dependencies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large QA teams (up to 100 FTEs) and managing vendor resources.
• Proven ability to drive Agile transformation and DevOps adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
• Experience in global change execution programmes and business acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
