Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Senior Engineer will provide hands‑on expertise in civil and structural design for highways, bridges and site developments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across complex infrastructure projects. Working closely with transportation, structures, geotechnical, water, utilities, environmental, sustainability and BIM teams, the role supports project delivery throughout East Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engineering design, technical analysis and project delivery support for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate design efforts and multidisciplinary integration across highways, bridges, utilities and site formation.
• Contribute to project coordination, client engagement and technical‑excellence initiatives.
• Work with BIM, transportation, structures and other specialist teams to provide integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) or equivalent professional body.
• Chartered Engineer with more than 5 years post‑charter experience.
• Strong experience in project management and civil engineering design of infrastructure projects, familiar with HKSAR Government procedures.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and ability to work independently.
