Senior Cook – Garden Café & Cold Kitchen

About the role

Conrad, the contemporary luxury brand of the Hilton family, is seeking a Senior Cook to join the Garden Café and Cold Kitchen team. The successful candidate will work in a high‑end hotel environment, delivering exceptional Western and Chinese dishes while upholding the brand’s standards of warmth and individuality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality Western and Chinese cuisine for the Garden Café and Cold Kitchen.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all food preparation areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
• Assist in menu development and daily specials aligned with guest expectations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste control for cold kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Form 5 or higher with a certificate in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in Western or Chinese cuisine within luxury hotels.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Cook position.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing Western cuisine.
• Proficiency in preparing Chinese cuisine.
• Knowledge of hotel kitchen operations and food safety standards.
