Senior Customer Care Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Executive to join our team and provide friendly, timely assistance to our customers through digital channels. You will act as the main point of contact for home appliance repair bookings, follow‑ups, and product inquiries, ensuring a premium service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, Facebook, live chat and phone with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers in arranging, rescheduling, or tracking home‑appliance repair appointments.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal technical teams for swift resolution.
• Collaborate closely with technical specialists to address product and service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or handling dissatisfied customers.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in home‑appliance products and basic troubleshooting.
• Positive team player with good interpersonal and listening abilities.
