职位概况
负责AWS全球数据中心设施的日常监控、维护与故障处理，需轮班保障24/7运营，确保设备安全、可靠运行。
主要职责
- 轮班工作，维持数据中心24小时运作。
- 监控并操作数据中心的电气与机械设备。
- 每日巡检并记录温度、 voltage、 current 等关键参数。
- 响应紧急事件，进行故障排除并参与应急演练。
- 安排并监督承包商和供应商的维护工作，确保质量符合内部标准。
- 为初级技术员和新员工提供指导与培训。
- 协助制定、审查并更新操作流程（MOP/SOP）。
任职要求
- 具备自驱力，能够在轮班制环境中工作。
- 对数据中心设施管理有浓厚兴趣并愿意持续学习。
- 能够在高压环境下保持安全意识和专业态度。
必备技能
- 熟悉数据中心电气和机械设备的监控与操作。
- 具备故障排除和应急响应经验。
- 能够阅读并执行设施操作手册（MOP/SOP）。
