Senior Designer (Hybrid, Hong Kong)

About the role

Williams Lea is looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Senior Designer based in Hong Kong to support a leading global law firm in London. Reporting to the Creative Lead and Global Creative Director, you will help implement the firm’s recent rebrand, develop templates, and manage the rollout of consistent, high‑quality branded materials across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design long‑form editorial documents, reports and brochures with strong typographic and layout systems.
• Develop and execute concepts for print and digital collateral, including campaigns, direct mail, banners, and event materials.
• Lead large‑scale brand rollout, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to translate business needs into on‑brand creative solutions.
• Elevate client requests by applying deep design expertise and maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday).
• Strong editorial design sensibility and a passion for typography, layout, and information hierarchy.
