Senior Designer - International Brand Womenswear

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join I.T Group in the Southern District. This full‑time position offers a unique opportunity to lead design initiatives within the fashion and textile sector, shaping our creative vision and driving innovation across the collection portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design development process from concept through production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market positioning.
• Create detailed design specifications, mood boards, and technical drawings for fashion and textile collections.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive collections.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage design timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
• Present design concepts and collections to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in fashion or textile design within a commercial environment.
• Proven expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI applications.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences across multiple sectors.
• Exceptional drawing and illustration skills with the ability to communicate ideas visually.
• Experience developing cohesive collections from concept to final production.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
