Senior Designer (Team Lead)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead visual direction across our platform. You will own creative concept development and execution for major operational, UI/VI, and brand campaigns, while establishing an efficient AI‑augmented workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑Project Visual Leadership: define and upgrade the overall visual style, create main visuals for UI/VI, themed pages, and brand campaigns.
• AI‑Driven Creativity: leverage AI tools for ideation, design, output, and data analysis, building a seamless “AI + Human” workflow.
• Brand System Development: maintain and extend the brand identity system, ensuring consistent high‑quality visuals across online and offline channels.
• Video Production Coordination: oversee creative planning, storyboarding, and post‑production guidance for key video assets, ensuring top‑notch final delivery.
• Cross‑Department Collaboration & Delivery: work closely with Marketing and Operations to translate business needs into impactful visual solutions and own the final communication results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Art Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design/video production experience, including at least 2 years in the internet or advertising industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in using AI tools as core productivity assets, with proven cases of cost reduction or creativity enhancement.
• Strong artistic foundation, obsessive attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
