Senior Director, Cross‑border Payments Solutions Sales

About the role

Hex Trust is expanding into the payments space and seeks a senior leader to drive cross‑border payments solutions across APAC and the GCC. The role combines pure origination with strategic partnership development to build a programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle for Convert‑to‑Pay, from prospecting to integration and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
• Identify, win and grow PSP, acquirer, fintech and payment‑infrastructure clients to increase stablecoin payment volume and recurring revenue.
• Secure a flagship design partner to co‑develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, client operations, compliance and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to shape product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales/business development experience, with a strong focus on payments.
• Proven track record selling payment infrastructure (cross‑border, on/off‑ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital‑asset rails) to PSPs, fintechs or financial institutions.
• Established network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Arabic is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, self‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments.
