Senior Fulfillment Operations Analyst (Outbound)

About the role

The Senior Fulfillment Operations Analyst (Outbound) ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment across multiple markets from the Hong Kong Distribution Center. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination with third‑party logistics partners, and resolving daily outbound issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily outbound operations and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Execute order prioritization based on business and market requirements.
• Handle outbound exceptions such as discrepancies, delays, and system issues, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to secure pickup and delivery schedules.
• Prepare outbound performance reports, monitor KPIs and drive improvements in lead time and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in outbound logistics or fulfillment operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for performance tracking.
