Senior HR and Admin Officer

About the role

The Senior HR and Admin Officer will partner with the HR Manager and Global Compliance Coordinator to ensure smooth HR operations across the organisation. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and off‑boarding, while maintaining compliance with Hong Kong regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, contract preparation, and candidate verification.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding, payroll processing, MPF administration, tax reporting, and employee benefits such as medical insurance.
• Maintain and enhance the HRIS and HR database, ensuring accurate personal, job, and leave records.
• Prepare HR analytics and reports for management review and strategic planning.
• Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure statutory compliance and transparency.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a learning culture.
• Organise company events to promote employee engagement.
• Supervise daily office operations, including vendor management, procurement, and facility maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR and administration experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
