Senior Human Resources Associate

About the role

CLPe is seeking a Senior Human Resources Associate to support the full employee lifecycle and strengthen HR operations across its energy and sustainability business. You will partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure smooth HR processes and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management and employee relations.
• Advise line managers on HR matters, address employee inquiries and ensure seamless HR operations.
• Provide HR data analytics and insights for policy development and compensation proposals.
• Support annual pay reviews, incentive/bonus programs, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day tasks with COE teams (Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Services).
• Prepare HR reports on staffing trends, recruitment status and performance metrics.
• Execute ad‑hoc HR projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience; experience in engineering or energy sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment ordinances and regulations.
• Result‑oriented, meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to work independently under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
