About the role
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Officer (or Maintenance Officer) to manage the upkeep of a large commercial development in Aberdeen, Hong Kong. The role involves ensuring the building’s electrical, mechanical and building services systems operate safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for the Maintenance Officer level)
- Holder of a safety card
- Holder of grade “A” registered electrical worker preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
