Senior Manager, Asia ETF Capital Markets

About the role

The ETF Capital Markets Specialist will support and evolve client‑facing engagement within Invesco’s Global ETF platform, focusing on the APAC region. The role improves engagement with ETF investors, provides updates on product performance and market trends, and conveys execution guidance to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagement on ETF education, trading and execution across APAC.
• Produce quantitative analytics and research to assist clients across all channels.
• Liaise with Portfolio Management, Operations, Technology and external data vendors to enhance data capabilities.
• Build visualization tools, interactive applications and automate tasks to improve workflow.
• Provide ETF product education, market insight pieces and trading research for internal and external audiences.
• Collect, analyze and extract meaning from ETF trading data to drive inflows.
• Collaborate with product development and research teams to enhance existing and new products.
• Act as the key Capital Markets contact for Asia‑focused initiatives of the global ETF business.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant ETF experience.
• Strong knowledge of ETF mechanics, pricing, creation/redemption, liquidity, spreads, premiums and discounts.
• Multi‑asset knowledge covering fixed income, equities, derivatives and FX.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and willingness to stay current.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with the ETF trading community.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, VBA, C++).
• SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg.
