Senior Manager, Upskill Practice

About the role

The Senior Manager, Upskill Practice will lead initiatives that bridge capacity gaps for institutional‑grade founders, covering product innovation, fundraising, and international expansion. This role oversees the day‑to‑day execution of flagship programmes such as Global Boosters, ARENA, and community‑led upskill activities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement readiness‑builder initiatives that support startup growth across product, fundraising, and market expansion.
• Drive operational execution and programme management for Global Boosters, ARENA, and other upskill programmes.
• Establish tracking mechanisms, manage data analytics, and produce data‑backed impact reports in collaboration with startup account managers.
• Mobilise internal and external stakeholders—including mentors, alumni, and equity‑driven programmes—to deploy resources efficiently.
• Act as the primary strategic deputy, supporting cross‑functional coordination, resource planning, and programme governance.
• Supervise, guide and motivate team members to ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables.
• Perform additional operational and project‑based duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, IT or related fields.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in services or product development, preferably within multinational corporations with multi‑location responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering complex service products or projects.
• Passion for building Hong Kong’s startup ecosystem and strong knowledge of startup development phases and acceleration methods.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with senior executives in dynamic environments.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
