Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive supports the Manager – Marketing and Loyalty in designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that boost card usage, member engagement and brand advocacy for American Express. The role ensures all communications are timely, compliant and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engagement marketing activities such as cardmember offer campaigns, outbound initiatives and spend‑driven programs.
• Create and manage assets across eDMs, social media, website, landing pages, in‑app messages and collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare and oversee compliance‑related communications, including force notifications and regulatory notices.
• Coordinate with external agencies, merchants, vendors and strategic partners to execute campaigns effectively.
• Produce regular marketing reports, dashboards and post‑campaign analyses for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, customer engagement or brand marketing.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics.
