Senior Medical Education Platform Trainer – APAC

About the role

The Senior Medical Education Platform Trainer for APAC will lead the adoption of McGraw Hill’s digital learning platforms across medical, nursing, and allied health institutions in the region. This senior position combines high‑impact training delivery with the design and scaling of regional onboarding programs to improve teaching, learning, and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute APAC‑wide onboarding and adoption programs tailored to medical and health sciences curricula.
• Develop scalable training frameworks, campaigns, and learning pathways for faculty, clinicians, librarians, and students.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and curriculum‑integration consultations.
• Create advanced training assets such as videos, guides, toolkits, and micro‑learning modules.
• Own regional adoption KPIs, build dashboards, and produce usage reports to identify risks and opportunities.
• Present data‑driven recommendations during quarterly business reviews and renewal discussions.
• Manage third‑party partners across APAC, ensuring they meet McGraw Hill’s standards for engagement, training quality, and customer experience.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in medical or health‑science education and digital learning platforms.
• Proven ability to design and scale regional training and adoption programs.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience monitoring usage metrics and presenting insights.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering workshops, webinars, and stakeholder presentations.
