Senior Medical Manager – GenMed

About the role

The Senior Medical Manager will provide high‑quality medical and scientific leadership for GenMed products in Hong Kong. As a core member of the brand team, you will shape product strategy, support launches, and drive lifecycle management while ensuring scientific integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive medical strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead core medical affairs activities, including pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance.
• Provide medical leadership for clinical development, product launch, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Integrate emerging digital technologies to enhance medical planning and decision‑making.
• Deliver balanced scientific communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support evidence generation with Key Opinion Leaders and respond to medical information requests.
• Partner with marketing to ensure scientific accuracy of promotional materials and influence brand positioning.

Required profile

• Medical or scientific degree with extensive experience in medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of the therapeutic area(s) relevant to GenMed products.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with KOLs, academia, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and uphold high ethical standards.
