Senior Product Specialist / Account Manager

About the role

The Trauma Sales Representative drives sales growth and builds strategic relationships within hospital accounts. Acting as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to orthopedic surgeons and hospital teams, the role delivers exceptional customer experiences and clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to exceed sales targets and market share goals.
• Identify, penetrate, and expand opportunities in existing and new hospital accounts.
• Provide expert product knowledge, clinical insights, and OR support during trauma procedures.
• Maintain strong understanding of customer needs, competitive activities, and market trends to shape sales strategies.
• Establish long‑term partnerships with surgeons, nursing staff, supply chain teams, and hospital management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, customer service, and supply teams to ensure seamless support.
• Deliver professional training and product education programs to customers and internal stakeholders.
