Senior Project & Maintenance Manager – Property

About the role

The Senior Project & Maintenance Manager – Property will lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for the operation, maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and renovation of a portfolio of residential properties managed by the corporation. The role ensures safety, reliability, availability and cost‑effectiveness while delivering excellent service to tenants and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi‑discipline technical team across all property maintenance and renovation projects.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, reliability and cost‑effectiveness of building assets.
• Manage manpower deployment, set safety and quality standards, and control project budgets.
• Develop and maintain management processes to sustain high performance of building services.
• Support delivery of superior services to tenants and property owners.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years post‑graduate experience in building or building‑services systems maintenance and renovation, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Corporate membership of a recognised professional institution.
• Strong management, problem‑solving abilities and technical know‑how.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
