Senior Project Manager – Residential & Student Accommodation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong architectural background to lead residential and student accommodation projects in Hong Kong. Reporting to senior management, the role will own the full project lifecycle from inception through design, approvals, construction, handover and close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of luxury residential and student accommodation developments, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Direct design development, space planning, façade design and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, interior designers and quantity surveyors.
• Manage statutory submissions and obtain approvals from the Buildings, Lands and Planning Departments.
• Establish and control project programmes, budgets, risk registers and quality objectives.
• Oversee tendering, procurement, contract administration, value engineering, cost control, claims and final account settlement.
• Monitor construction progress, safety, testing, commissioning, defect rectification and handover.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Registered Architect and member of HKIA (or equivalent professional body); Authorized Person qualification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 12 years post‑qualification experience with a property developer or leading architectural practice.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects in Hong Kong from concept to completion.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations, statutory approval processes and land administration procedures.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
